Stamtec Link Drive Presses |
Stamtec's Link Dive Presses are suited to the most demanding production schedules.
Many of these presses are in heavy manufacturing plants operating 2 to 3 shifts a day. |

Outstanding Features: Unique drive design of link presses deliver 40-50% increases in torque output compared to conventional crankshaft presses of the same tonnage. This drive design also results in slide motion that provides 60% increases in parts per minute without increasing the speed of the working stroke. This slide motion slows as the die contacts the work, with a momentary dwell at the bottom of the stroke. This also reduces noise, vibration and material spring-back. Unitized frame design of link drive presses significantly reduces the deflection commonly found in gap frame presses. Applications Link Drive Presses are designed for sheet metal blanking, piercing, forming and drawing operations, such as motor vehicle, appliance and other general stampings. |
