The Kingsland ironworker is a well-designed, rugged production machine made in HACO's factory in Norfolk UK. Both single and dual operator machines are offered, ranging in tonnage from 50T up to 175T.

The Kingsland line also features single and dual station punching machines with or without CNC controlled X/Y table.

These machines can be used for bending, pipe coping, louvring or corner notching with optional tools. Custom designed tools are available for almost every application.

The Kingsland line includes many features as standard equipment that the competition offer as optional items, such as gauging tables with gauges, easy change punch holders, and a service tool kit. All machines are shipped completely serviced ready for operation.

SHARK 50
This 50T ironworker has 4 work stations: punching, shearing, angle cutting and notching. All holddowns are urethane. The blade of the shear has a short section to crop round or square bar. Reversing this short piece of blade increases blade lenght.

The Shark features quick change tooling at the punch station that allows the operator to switch from punching to bar bending in seconds.

Compact Series
The Kingsland Compact Series Ironworker is an excellent machine for the small to medium sized fabrication shop. It is a "Pivot Beam" type machine in 50 or 65 ton capacities at an affordable price. All 5 workstations are controlled by one foot pedal; Punching, Shearing, Angle cutting, Bar cropping and Notching.

A nice feature on this Compact model is the positive and negative miter cut function on the angle cutting station, which provides inside or outside "Picture Frame" corners on angles.

The large support tables are well designed and come with several stops. One shot central lubrication and a manual back stop which can be used on all cutting stations are standard on this machine.

Multi Series
The Kingsland Multi Series Ironworker is an excellent machine for the medium to large sized fabrication shop. The Multi series is a five (5) workstation machine that provides for two (2) operator operation. One operator can be punching holes while another operator is shearing or notching.

The Multi machine design incorporates a separate hydraulic cylinder at the Punch Station and a separate hydraulic cylinder at the Shear / Notch stations. The very strong, heavy duty frame is a welded construction to minimize deflection during punching and other operations.

Greater punch and die life is realized with this design over a "Pivot Beam" design because the punch goes through the material completely vertical.

Standard features include large work tables wth stops and gauges.
Add the Optional Productivity Package to include:
Touch & Cut" electric back stop, movable halogen lamp, fine adjustment to punch stroke, and embedded measuring scales in the notching table.

The Multi Series is offered in 7 different tonnages: 60, 70, ,80, 95, 125, 140 and 175. All Multi models can be purchased with a larger throat of 24". These deep throat models XSD are available in all tonnages.

Punching Machines
Developed for customers that just need a punching application, the Kingsland P (Single End) and DP (Double End) models.

Standard throath depth on the P model is 24". The stroke is adjustable and a large XY table with adjustable stop makes it very easy to position your workpieces.

X / Y CNC Tables
Increase your punching productivity with the CNC controlled X/Y copy table. Program all hole positions on the CNC control and let the stop position automatically.

The automatic X/Y positioning tables use servo motors with high precision encoder and ballscrews to ensure a very accurate positioning of the stop.

Two (2) controls are offered: the non-graphical M200 with LED display and the graphical M600 with monochrome LCD display.
