Series KP & KT Cold Forging Presses

Outstanding Features
Heavy steel frame of the KP and KT Series is fully stress relieved. The slide is a high-strength, annealed steel casting, and high-carbon, chrome steel connecting pins resist wear, even under high impact.

Crankshafts, driveshafts and connecting pins are all heat treated and precisely ground to reduce vibration. Main drive gears run in an oil bath for best lubrication.

Provisions are made for easy addition of automation equipment, such as automatic feeding devices. The KT Series also provides the option to include two- or three-axis transfers.

Applications
The KP and KT Series are ideal of motor vehicle transmission parts, hardware, hand tools, gears, etc.
Series F2 Hot Forging Presses

Outstanding Features
The F2 Series’ heavy, mono-bloc steel frame is strengthened by pre-stressed steel tie rods for maximum rigidity.

Twin connections and long, eight-point gibbing resist the forces of off-center loading. HRC gib material and accurate slide guiding ensure wear resistance.

Oversize brake diameter and brake cooling system ensure controlled braking at all points in the stroke, and an unsticking device frees tooling jams in seconds.

Applications
Designed for warm and hot forging jobs, the F2 Series is ideal of motor vehicle parts, hardware, hand tools, gears, engine connections, etc.
