Manual or CNC Deflection Conpansation is available to eliminate shimming of dies. With the CNC version and BC55 Control, deflection compensation is automatically adjusted based on the material type, thickness, and length of bend. Several styles of Tool Holders are available including Quick Clamp Manual Holders and Hydraulic Clamping. Also available are various front sheet supports including sheet follower systems. |
The ERM comes standard with a high speed servo driven backgauge (X-axis). The gauge
has 2 spring loaded finger blocks, manually adjustable in height and width. Each finger block has a fine-tuning and can be rotated in steps of 90 degrees. High
precision ball screws are used to guarantee a 0.004" position accuracy. |

The 3-axis backgauge system (X/R/Z/Z') is automatic adjustable in the X-direction
(forward/backward), but also in height and width. The width adjustment is symmetrical, this means that both fingers move out simultaneous from the center of the table. |
The 4-axis backgauge (X/R/Z1/Z2) system gives the operator all the flexibility he
needs. With the independent finger width, you can set up divided dies over the full table length and move both finger blocks over the full length of the bed. |
The 6-axis backgauge system (X1/X2/R1/R2/Z1/Z2) is a well- designed high speed, state
of the art backgauge. Every axis is programmable with a 0.004" accuracy. Together with the BC55GR control, you will not experience any gauging limits. |
