The CNC2000 Control can store up to 10,000 jobs in fixed memory with up to 32 bends per job.

This control also includes a floppy drive that allows storage of up to 1000 jobs to a standard 3.5" floppy disk.

Bends can be preformed one dimension at a time using the manual mode or sequentially in the automatic mode as the backgauge repositions after each ram cycle. A retract can be programmed between sequential bends to move the backgauge out of the way on reverse bends or a delay can be programmed to allow the operator time to reposition the work piece.

A bend allowance can be programmed for each job to apply to all bends within that job.

This system can be equipped with an optional:
Ram Axis
"R" axis on the backgauge

Angle Expert feature - enter measured angle and Angle Expert will calculate any adjustments to the programmed angle.
