Autogauge CNC1000 Control |
The CNC1000 Control can store up to 1000 bends or 500 jobs. Bends can be preformed one dimension at a time using the manual mode or sequentially
in the automatic mode as the backgauge repositions after each ram cycle. A retract can be programmed between sequential bends to move the backgauge out of
the way on reverse bends or a delay can be programmed to allow the operator time
to reposition the work piece. The bend allowance can be programmed for each
job to apply to all bends within that job. This system can be equipped with an optional: Ram Axis "R" axis on the backgauge Front Gauge |
